The MOSER customer applications APP supports the mobile recording of customer service orders in service. Thanks to a predefined workflow, simple and efficient work is possible. This ensures that all data are available for each customer service order and the work assignment is documented. The recording takes place directly in the APP. In the work sheet, the data on material, hours and travel costs can be recorded directly. To schedule and organize appointments, the fitter can accept or reject work orders. In the calendar view you get an overview of the planned appointments as well as work sheets. It is possible to integrate with Google Maps for route planning. With the customer signature, deposited directly on the mobile, the work sheet is completed. The return of the data is done via mobile phone connection. In the leading MOSaik system, the data are available for further processing. requirements The customer inserts APP can be used on the Android platform on a smartphone. To use our APP, our commercial software MOSaik from version 4.40 with Application Server and the extension to the customers use is a prerequisite.
